Tortilla de harina rellena de bistec, pollo y camarones, frita hasta dorar y bañada con salsa de queso. Se sirve con ensalada, arroz y frijoles aparte. / A flour tortilla stuffed with steak, chicken and shrimp, deep-fried to a golden brown and topped with cheese sauce.
